 Cake maker Tracy Johnson is a Chef with City and Guilds qualifications; she has 15 years experience designing unique cake creations. Tracy gained her experience working with renowned chefs in New Zealand including a German Patisserie where she developed her skills designing and crafting cakes for her clients.
Tracy believes that your special occasion should have a premium cake that looks great and a taste that lives up to its looks. Tracy says that anything is achievable with cakes and she will design and craft a cake of any size/shape or flavour to your specific requirements.
From her base in the township of Makikihi on SH1 just south of Timaru, Tracy will make “your cake your way” ready for you to collect, or she’s happy to arrange delivery.
